A valid credit card is required for Service subscriptions. After your initial purchase, your credit card information will be saved by our payment service gateway partner, Stripe, for the protection of your billing information. You agree to these terms by subscribing to a plan via Stripe.

Subscribers must enter a valid US phone number and email address when subscribing. The subscriber must have access to text messages and emails via the provided phone number and email address. The phone number and email address provided may be used as necessary login credentials to authenticate users for access to the Website, including billing / subscription settings. Access to the provided email address and phone number should not be shared with any third-parties. Real Estate Labs reserves the right to delete accounts with misrepresented information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and accounts. If unauthorized use is suspected, users must promptly notify Real Estate Labs. The company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a user's failure to comply with security measures.

SMS Terms & Conditions: REL, also known as 'Real Estate Labs' or 'HappyLens LLC', allows users to login and register for an account via authentication code using their mobile phone text messenger; One message per event; Message and data rates may apply; Text HELP to +1(608)403-0830 for help; Reply STOP to cancel; Carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages.

Subscriptions will automatically renew to maintain service continuity. Subscriptions, including discounted ones or temporarily discounted ones, will auto-renew at the subscribed price unless Real Estate Labs notifies users of a price change. Notifications may be in the form of email, text or in-site notifications. In all events, subscribers are responsible for reading these correspondences. Failure to cancel membership or turn off the auto-renew function within the specified time after receiving notice of a price change will result in auto-renewal at the indicated price.

To avoid renewal charges, users must cancel before their renewal date via Stripe. Failure to cancel will result in auto-renewal. To cancel, login to REL, open the account menu on the top right of your page and click Billing.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue this Website, and any Services or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to subscribers.

By using the Website you agree to use the Website in accordance with the law, including Fair Housing laws, and in accordance with the Terms set herein. Real Estate Labs does not provide and is not responsible for any other content or services, including but not limited to real estate related transactions, financial services, and the evaluation or screening of third-parties.

By submitting information and materials, users consent to Real Estate Labs' use and sharing of such data as outlined in the applicable Privacy Policy, which takes precedence in case of conflict. Users warrant that their submitted materials comply with legal standards and do not violate rights. Real Estate Labs disclaims any responsibility for user content and material, emphasizing that users assume all risks associated with their use.

Real Estate Labs holds the right to investigate and prosecute violations of these Terms, collaborating with law enforcement authorities when necessary. The company has no obligation to monitor user access but may do so to ensure compliance with these Terms or applicable laws.

Users represent and warrant that they have the authority to enter into the contract created by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws.

Governing Law: All matters relating to the Website and these Terms and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal dispute, action, or proceeding arising from or connected to these Terms or the Website must be exclusively filed in the federal courts of the United States or the courts situated in the State of New York, specifically in New York County. You expressly waive any objections to the jurisdiction of such courts and consent to venue in these courts.

Assignment: Users may not assign this Agreement without Real Estate Labs' written consent. Real Estate Labs may assign this Agreement at any time without notice.

Waiver: The failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement, superseding any prior representations.

Time Limitation: Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
